The primary function of the Directors Board is to oversee the temporal affairs of the congregation. The board also acts as a public forum for questions regarding decisions of leadership bodies. Anyone can raise a question or concern before this group.
More specifically, the board is responsible for presenting the annual financial plan, overseeing all financial matters, determining adequate compensation for staff, handling congregational assets (acquisition, disposal, protection of), representing the congregation in legal matters, approving policies for all temporal issues, and receiving congregational petitions regarding decisions by leadership.
The positions of the board are: President, President-elect, Trustees Chair, Secretary, Financial Secretary, Members-At-Large (2).
