The church has two volunteer-based senior leadership bodies: The Elders Board, devoted to spiritual leadership of the congregation and the Directors Board, devoted to leading the temporal affairs of the church. The Staff works under the direction of the Elders Board (which includes the pastors) to provide leadership in carrying out the ministry plan of the congregation. These three leadership bodies work with ministry committees to support the members of the church in fulfilling the vision and goals of the congregation.
